Cranworth Farm Services – Customer Update & Future Plans

After many years of supporting the Merlo brand, we would like to inform you of an important change at Cranworth Farm Services.
Merlo has recently restructured its dealer network, and as a result our status has been changed from authorised dealer to Approved Service Partner. Under these new arrangements, we are no longer authorised to sell new Merlo machines, and our ability to carry out warranty repairs has been removed, with warranty work now handled through the authorised dealer network.
While we continue to value our long association with the brand, these changes limit our ability to provide the complete level of support we believe our customers expect and deserve.
To ensure we can continue offering full machinery support, strong local backup, and a complete service solution, we are pleased to confirm that Cranworth Farm Services will be moving forward as an authorised dealer for Dieci telehandlers.
This allows us to supply new machines, provide full parts support, and continue delivering the high standard of service you have come to rely on.
We would like to reassure all customers that we will continue to service and support Merlo machines in our workshop and on farm, just as we have done for many years. Your existing machines will continue to receive the same level of care, experience and responsiveness.
Our priority has always been to provide dependable, local support to farmers and operators, and this change ensures we can continue to do so into the future.
